Monthly Food Truck Socials have become a staple for Avon Woods, and the Summer of ’25 did not disappoint. With mobile culinary delights from Good Groceries, Say Cheese!, Yippie Trippie & The Porkstars, Eat @ Eric’s and El Mero Taco, Avon Park was the place to be for good eats and good peeps! As always, Mr. Joe’s Ice Cream Truck was there to keep us cool! Neighbors and friends gathered each month from April through September to get to know each other, hang out and enjoy a convenient meal. Many thanks to Derrick Von Stein, Avon Woods dedicated food truck wrangler, and his wife Amanda, who hand-lettered yard signs to get out the word each time.
