Join your Avon Woods neighbors for our first-ever neighborhood-wide yard sale! Just in time for Spring cleaning. De-clutter your house! Make a little cash! And shop your neighbors’ sales, too!

It’s going to be a BIG DAY in Avon Woods with a total of 27 sellers signed up to participate thus far! Take a sneak peek at our locations map.

We do the advertising for you — for FREE!

Just gather your stuff — clean out your closets, attic, etc. — price it, set up and sell! No fees. No commission. Whatever money you make, you keep. Just another way for Avon Woods neighbors to build community.

Avon Woods Neighborhood Association Support:

• Sale Flyers (with locations map) distributed throughout the neighborhood prior to the sale
• Extra Sale Flyers (with locations map) to each registered seller to pass out to shoppers
• 10 Yard Signs placed around the perimeter of the neighbor and major streets the day of the sale
• Event Webpage on avonwoods.com (with location map)
• Social Media Posts on Avon Woods Instagram and Facebook pages — share them on your accounts too
• Posts on area garage sale websites with link to webpage
• Email Blasts to the neighborhood with link to the webpage

Note: For privacy, sellers’ names will not be posted on the website or location maps, only street addresses for each seller registered.

Registration for Sellers Has Now Closed

Didn’t sign-up before the March 20 deadline? No worries. You can still hold your own yard sale on April 11 with the rest of the neighborhood — and benefit from the shoppers traffic we will draw to Avon Woods. Your address just won’t be on our location map, flyers and other promotions.
