Randy will inform us about scams of all sorts — from phishing emails to crypto scams to computer hackers to new forms of scamming enabled by AI — how to recognize and avoid them. Come and learn alongside your Avon Woods neighbors some of the latest trends in criminal trickery.

WHAT IS NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH?

Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program that enlists the participation of residents in cooperation with the Memphis Police Department to reduce crime, improve the quality of life, and establish a sense of well-being by watching out for one another in our area. The Neighborhood Watch Program is a highly successful effort and proven deterrent to crime that has been in existence for more than 50 years in cities and counties across America — and several neighborhoods throughout Memphis.

Neighborhood Watch is FREE. There is no cost to attend this event.
