August Food Truck Social

Please join us for a neighborhood food truck night on Thursday, Aug. 24, from 5:30 to 7:30pm. The Green Beetle food truck was such a hit last time — even during a constant downpour — that we thought we would bring them back in hopes for better weather! Memphis’s oldest tavern (established 1939), The Green Beetle now brings their Southern-influenced comfort food to you with some favorites from their South Main Street Memphis landmark, like Bacon BBQ Burger, Smoked Chicken Sandwich and Dirty Bird Fries.

Save room for dessert! Our very own neighbor, Mr. Joe’s Ice Cream truck will be selling cold sweet treats as well.

Please bring a chair or picnic blanket, and come out for a little while to get to know your Avon Woods neighbors!
