DESCRIPTION:Our second meeting for organizing an Avon Woods Neighborhood Watch will take place Thursday\, April 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria at Avon Lenox School. \n\n\n\nIn this meeting\, we will: \n\n\n\n\nAlign on our top neighborhood concerns.\n\n\n\nDiscuss how we would like to organize. \n\n\n\nDetermine meeting cadence and communication preferences. \n\n\n\nIdentify volunteer needs\, such as street captains\,  communications\, etc.\n\n\n\n\nThis is your Avon Woods Neighborhood Watch. Come and let your voice be heard.  \n\n\n\nNeighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program that enlists the participation of residents in cooperation with the Memphis Police Department to reduce crime\, improve the quality of life\, and establish a sense of well-being by watching out for one another in our area. The Neighborhood Watch Program is a highly successful effort and proven deterrent to crime that has been in existence for more than 50 years in cities and counties across America — and several neighborhoods throughout Memphis. There is no cost to join. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nHelp spread the news.
